We will be having a rally in front of the state capitol on February 27th at 1030. We will go to UConn Hartford first where we will then march to the state capitol in opposition of the recently passed energy plan. This only calls for a 1% increase in renewable across the state and removes the subsidies off of solar panels, which will cause the death of the solar industry in the state. At this rally we will also be urging the state to take more action on the issue of climate change and to play their own part in combating it. Trasnportation to the rally will be available for UConn students. It will leave from in front of the Student Union at 9 AM on the 27th and return around 130 2 from the Capitol building
