The Health Enhancement Plan (HEP) deadline is quickly approaching! Employees and covered dependents must complete the required preventative care services by 12/31. Please visit the HEP portal at www.cthep.com to find out what 2017 requirements are still outstanding.
UConn Health has appointments available for those that need to be seen before 12/31, and has established a HEP appointment line at 860.679.0199.
