Customer Dining Survey

In our continuing efforts to enhance the ability of University of Connecticut (UConn) to meet the needs of the campus community, the University has engaged Porter Khouw Consulting (PKC) to assist us in examining the dining preferences on campus.
As a part of this process, a survey has been developed. The survey content is based on market research PKC conducted while recently on campus.
The survey is posted to the internet. You may click directly on the URL address: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/UconnDining2017. This link will take you directly to the survey. Please complete the survey and submit by December 15, 2017.
As an additional incentive to help enhance campus dining services at UConn, the University is offering the following prizes:
Grand Prize: One winner will receive a Kindle Voyage
First Prize: $50 Visa gift card
Second Prize: $25 Visa gift card
