The Mansfield Downtown Partnership invites one and all to celebrate the new season at the 5th Annual Winter Welcome on Saturday, Dec. 2 from 2:00 – 5:00 PM in Storrs Center. Enjoy seasonal treats and music, sales and specials at participating businesses, a visit with Santa Claus, and a Community Sing-along led by the E. O.
