The First-Year Writing Program at the University of Connecticut hosts its Thirteenth Annual Conference on the Teaching of Writing on Friday, April 6, 2018. The keynote speakers will be Jason Palmeri from Miami University of Ohio and Ben McCorkle, from Ohio State University, Marion. The deadline to submit an individual or panel proposal is Monday, January 15, 2018. Proposals are welcome from instructors, tutors, and students across all disciplines, as well as from WPAs and those working in related fields inside and outside academe.
