  • 11/29 NIH Grant Proposal How To SBIR/STTR 2-Day Workshop

    UConn TIP , UConn Entrepreneurship and Innovation Consortium  and CTNEXT are pleased to host this intensive, two-day SBIR/ STTR workshop focused on NIH proposal development.

    Who Should Attend: CT-based entrepreneurs interested in SBIR/STTR funding. The workshop is free of charge and a light lunch will be provided.

    Each year the SBIR/STTR federal program provides billions of dollars in non-dilutive grant funding to US small businesses to advance and commercialize game-changing technologies. Winning awards in this highly competitive federal program requires strategic proposals and a thorough understanding of the funding agencies’ goals.

    Nationally recognized SBIR/STTR expert, Lisa Kurek, will provide detailed instruction on developing competitive proposals for the National Institute of Health (NIH)
