UConn Delta Phi Lambda will be hosting a clothing drive to donate to Avenue of Dreams!
Avenue of Dreams is an event hosted by the Connecticut Alliance of Foster and Adoptive Families (CAFAF) every year. Through this event CAFAF is able to provide 150 foster and adopted youths with free prom dresses, shoes, makeup, tuxedos, ties, and accessories to ensure that they are prom ready!

We are looking to collect the following items:
- New or gently used dresses, tuxedos, and vests: Sizes 0-24+
- New or gently used shoes: Sizes 4-11+
- New and unopened makeup: lip gloss, lipstick, mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, blush, and nail polish
- New and unopened hair and body products: body wash, deodorant, perfume/cologne, shavers/shaving cream, shampoo/conditioner, and hair styling products
- New or gently used accessories: earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets, tiaras, hair pins/clips, clutch purses, ties, bow ties, and cufflinks
To collect donations, there will be a donation box located at the OFSL community room, which is located on the second floor of the Student Union Room 204. We will be collecting donations until December 8th. Donation forms will be available for all those that participate

This will be a great opportunity to donate the prom dress or tux that's been sitting in your closet at home since senior year! Or maybe those shoes that you only wore once for that nice occasion! We hope you consider donating to make someone else's prom a dream come true!
