    Volunteers Wanted for a Research Study

    We are currently recruiting participants for a paid research study that is evaluating genetic and psychological risk factors for opioid use disorders. Participation will include completing questionnaires about anxiety sensitivity and impulsivity, answering questions about substance use history, undergoing a behavioral impulsivity assessment, and giving blood and urine samples at the time that you consent for the study. Participation will involve completing one 3 hour study visit.

    If you are between the ages of 18-26 years, and have never used illicit drugs (except alcohol, tobacco, or marijuana), or taken prescription pain medications without medical supervision or for longer than prescribed, you may be eligible to participate.

     

    You will not be eligible if you have:

    1). A history of illicit drug use

    2).A traumatic brain injury

    3). A serious untreated mental illness

    4). Are unable to read or write English
