    Storrs Faculty and staff members, do you have any University property that your department no longer uses or needs, including computers, equipment, furniture, filing cabinets, office supplies, and more? Do you have items sitting in hallways and classrooms that should be discarded? Is surplus taking up precious space and you have no time to complete the paperwork?

    It is time to clear out surplus before faculty leave for the summer. WE CAN HELP!

    Take advantage of this one-time “Surplus Spring Cleanup” offer! The Surplus Department is doing its part to advance campus beautification efforts. For a limited time only, you may request our Surplus Spring Cleanup service. We will come to your location, complete the ACT 39 paperwork for you, and pick up your surplus—all in one shot!

    The deadline to respond to this special offer is May 31, 2013. Please send an email to joe.hollister@uconn.edu and provide the following information:

    • Requestor name and phone number
    • If different from requestor info, name and phone number of contact person for day of service
    • Location of your surplus—department, building, and room number
    • Preferred days/times for your Surplus Spring Cleanup appointment

    After receiving your request, Surplus will contact you to schedule your appointment.

    Please remember that this is a special one-time “Surplus Spring Cleanup” offer before faculty leave for the summer.
