  • 9/11 Come Join the UConn Festival Chorus

    Greetings UConn Faculty and Staff!

Do you have an interest in choral singing and a desire to take part in an incredible UConn opportunity? The UConn Festival Chorus, under the direction of Brian Stevens, is looking for new members. There is NO AUDITION and all are welcome! This semester is especially wonderful because the UConn Festival Chorus is going to be joining with the fantastic UConn Concert Choir and the UConn Orchestra to perform Ralph Vaughan Williams' choral-orchestral masterpiece,  "A Sea Symphony," featuring text from the immortal Walt Whitman.  This is a once in a lifetime chance to perfrom this monumental and important work in our own Jorgensen Center with other faculty, staff, students and community members. Rehearsals are Monday evenings 7:30-9:30pm, and begin on September 11th. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Brian Stevens.
