The deadline for reconciling your approved Faculty Consulting Requests during the timeline of July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017 is September 15, 2017. Please complete your reconciliations as soon as possible.
To reconcile, please log on to “Faculty Consulting Dashboard” and ensure that these reports have been submitted. When you log on to the Dashboard, you may find a screen with pie charts. On the top-left of that page, click “Responses.” You will then see your requests. Please note that each consulting activity requires reconciliation. If you have trouble viewing the requests, click “Customize,” scroll down to “Application viewing options,” select “view form in a new dialog,” and then click “Apply."
