On the Thursday before fall classes start (August 24), the Writing Center will host an orientation for those teaching or assisting with W (writing-intensive) courses in any discipline. Faculty and adjunct faculty are invited to attend; graduate students who are teaching or assisting with W classes, discussion sections, or labs are required to attend (unless they have attended a past W orientation).
