Research

  • Get Experience in Research

The Experimental Anthropology Lab has a Summer opportunity for UConn students to engage in one of its current studies.

The current task requires editing videos and coding research material, among other possibilities, at Storrs campus.
Previous experience in editing videos in iMovies is required, even if for personal reasons --other editing programs can be considered.
Because the student will be trained in the lab to develop the coding task, any experience is appreciated but not required in order to apply.

This opportunity is ideal for students that want to take advantage of the Summer to increase their experience in research and become familiar with a new research lab. It is also a good idea for anyone that wishes to enrich their curriculum with one more experience.

The students will be involved until the end of Summer with a possibility of extending his/her involvement in the lab for the Fall. In the case of extending his/her involvement, credits will be granted for dedication in research.
The time of dedication is flexible during this period and can be discussed with the responsible Graduate Student.
