As a reminder, the faculty consulting policy requires faculty to submit new requests for consulting activities that cross into or begin in the new fiscal year (July 1, 2017 - June 30, 2018).
New requests can be submitted here. For ongoing requests, there is an option to clone a previous request. See "click to clone request" above the demographic information on the request form.
