The Office of Logistics Management will be hosting a training session in the Low Learning Center (CG076) tomorrow at 2 p.m. for the new Electronic Forms Workflow (EFW) program. The EFW program allows users to submit property control forms online. This eliminates the possibility of lost forms, allows users to track the progress of thier requests, and maintains a historical database that users can use for audit purposes. We encourage anyone who currently submits LM-1 Move Forms, LM-2 Surplus Forms, IC-5 Loan Forms or IC-6 Disposition Forms to attend and learn the new system. Paper copies of these property control forms will be phased out in FY18.
