Lunch and Learn
Hosted by Accelerate UConn and the Department of Vascular Biology
Please join us on Wednesday, May 10 from 12:00-1:00 PM in room L5040 at UConn Health in Farmington to learn how your research can progress with support from Accelerate UConn (AU), a program funded by the National Science Foundation to facilitate the transformation of federally funded research into products and services that benefit society.
AU establishes teams to help demonstrate the value of your idea—whether through new company formation, additional external funding or licensing—and to identify hurdles in achieving your goals. Faculty provide technical guidance while students and mentors actively participate in the educational programming and seek out answers to key questions.
AU offers grants of up to $3,000 to support travel and related work to prove out your idea.
