We are excited to inform you of our Rainbow Center Director Candidate presentations. The candidate presentations will be from 2:30pm-3:30pm in the Rainbow Center Program Room (Student Union, 403) on the following dates:
- Wednesday, April 26, 2017
- Friday, April 28, 2017
- Monday, May 1, 2017
- Wednesday, May 3, 2017
Candidates will speak 25-30 minutes followed by a Q&A session. The presentations are open to all faculty, staff, students and community members.
The candidates will present on the following topic:
What do you think the biggest challenge facing LGBTQIA+ college students will be in the next five years? In framing the discussion, we would like to know 1)How do intersectional identities play a role in the challenge/issue? 2) How you envision the center as being a support system in the face of this challenge. 3)How you will proactively lead the center to combat such an issue/challenge.
