Each year the Knight-Hennessy Scholars program will identify a group of 100 high-achieving students from around the world with demonstrated leadership and civic commitment to receive full funding to pursue a wide-ranging graduate education at Stanford, with the goal of developing a new generation of global leaders. Knight-Hennessy Scholars will develop both the depth and range of subject expertise to confront the numerous grand challenges and opportunities of the future. Scholars will be part of a unique community of change agents from a diverse range of backgrounds. The Knight-Hennessy Scholars is the largest fully endowed scholars program in the world.
The pioneer class of Knight-Hennessy Scholars will apply in autumn 2017 and enroll in autumn 2018. The application will open on May 1, 2017. The scholarship deadline is September 27, 2017. The Stanford graduate application deadline is November 15, 2017 (the MBA and MD program deadlines will likely be earlier).
