UAID at the University of Connecticut is excited and proud to be hosting the UAID Health Summit this year from March 24 - 26 at our campus in Storrs, CT. The theme of our summit will be the intersection of healthcare and policy as it contributes to health inequities. We hope this weekend-long event is an enriching opportunity for UAID members across the country to enjoy time together while having meaningful discussions. Some specific topics that we plan to cover through speakers and workshops include: our current healthcare system, Planned Parenthood, food insecurity, and health accessibility.
All UConn students, staff, and faculty are welcomed. This is an open event for all!
