The Pat and Jim Calhoun Cardiology Center invites patients with heart disease, their families and caregivers, to a monthly group meeting to discuss issues surrounding life after the diagnosis of heart disease. Topics include: Prevention and Wellness, Social and Emotional Support, Heart Healthy Recipes, Coping Strategies and Resources. The next meeting is Thursday, March 16, from 11 AM to noon in the University Hospital Tower 2nd floor conference room (T2320); it is facilitated by Mary Beth Barry, APRN and Sue Eisenberg, LCSW. While it is not required to register, it is recommended that you contact Sue Eisenberg, prior to attending your first meeting.
