Calling all UConn artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs:
Would you like to meet other students pursuing creative endeavors? Are you looking for spaces to share your work? Does the idea of a united UConn art scene excite you?
Join us for Cool Beans: an Artistic Networking Event Thursday, March 2ndth (6pm-8pm) in The Beanery (Benton Museum of Art). The event will provide students with the opportunity to meet fellow creatives and showcase their work in the following ways:
-Open Mic (first come, first serve)
- 4 slots (sign up thru email)
-2 slots (sign up in person)
-5 minutes each
- Showcase (Selected thru video auditions DUE no later than February 23rd 11:59pm)
- 3 slots
- 10-15 minutes each
-Works in other mediums (paintings, sculptures, ect)
- Artists can display their works and discuss them with attendees throughout the event.
- limited to space, those who reach out thru email will be given priority.
