Do you like working with children? Come apply to Jumpstart! No matter what year you are, or what you study here at UConn, we encourage all students who have a passion for working with young children to apply and become involved in our program.
Jumpstart is a national early education organization that serves preschool children living in low-income neighborhoods. Our proven curriculum helps children develop the language and literacy skills they need to be ready for kindergarten, setting them on a path to close the achievement gap before it is too late.
We are working toward the day every child in America enters kindergarten prepared to succeed—come be part of the movement.
You must have the following time slots available for our session times:
M/W: 9:00-1:00, 12:30-4:30, 2:15-6:15, 2:30-6:00
T/Th 12:30-4:30, 2:30-6:30
