Encourage your students to get involved and unleash their leadership potential with the UConn Leadership Office’s Leadership Certificate Series!
Workshops are nine weeks long and start the week of January 30th. Workshops are offered Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Applications can be found here!
Three different workshops to choose from:
Discovery Leadership offers a fun, innovative, and interactive experience to help students develop leadership competencies and begin their leadership journey. This program is geared towards first and second year students. (Offered Monday or Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 PM)
The Student Leadership Challenge will give student leaders the opportunity to further develop their skills and take their organization, community, or program to the next level. Students will be introduced to The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership and develop their skills by learning to Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable Others to Act, and Encourage the Heart. (Offered Monday or Tuesday from 6:30-8:30 PM)
Impact Delta is designed for all students who have an interest in leadership, social change, and social justice that also have a desire to make a large and positive impact on the Storrs community using the Social Change Model of Leadership. (Offered Monday or Wednesday from 6:30-8:30 PM)
