In honor of the holiday season, HuskyTHON will be hosting its annual Toy Drive in conjunction with Student Nurses Association from November 28th through December 17th! All toys collected will be donated to playrooms and to the special patients at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center.
If brightening kid’s days isn’t incentive enough, we are offering a number of prizes to those who donate toys:
Donate 1 toys = get a free Connecticut Children’s Lanyard!
Donate 3 Toys = get a free HuskyTHON t-shirt!
Top 2 Individual toy donors will win the Grand Prize(!!) of getting to attend Game Night at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. This special opportunity will allow the top donors to visit patients in the hospital, play a few card games with them, and see their donations put to good use!
Toys should be new and unopened, and appropriate for kids up to age 18. Card games, arts and crafts projects, and legos are all encouraged.
Toys can be dropped off at the HuskyTHON Office (room 218C in the Union) during any office hours which can be found here:
