  • Digital Arts Minor is Currently Accepting Students

    The School of Fine Arts is currently accepting first, second and third year students into the spring 2017 cohort for the interdisciplinary minor in Digital Arts. This 15 credit minor is intended to provide a base level of exposure and competency in the creative and technical processes used in the development and deployment of digital arts. A portfolio review is not required. Accepted students will be expected to enroll in FINA 3510Foundation: Exploring Digital Arts for the spring 2017 semester (beginning January 18th on Wednesdays 6:35-9:20pm in ART Building 218 on the Storrs Campus). Don Burton, the instructor for FINA 3510 is a filmmaker who worked in the LA entertainment industry for 14 years. www.donburtonmedia.com . To declare the digital arts minor and to enroll in FINA 3510, please contact Eva Gorbants at eva.gorbants@uconn.edu  or call 860-486-3016 to schedule an appointment. The next planned admission cycle for this minor will be spring 2018.
