University Mail Services has been receiving an increasing volume of incoming mail without the department's 4 digit Unit number. Each department has been assigned a Unit number that is imperative to be included in your address for incoming mail. Mail Services sorts and delivers based on the Unit number and not by the street address alone. We realize that UPS, Fed-Ex and other delivery agents deliver your mail by the street address, building name and room number only.
Please use the sample address format best used for all delivery services:

To avoid any delay in your incoming mail, please be sure to include your Unit number. Any mail with an incomplete address will be returned to the sender.
