  • Healthcare Open Enrollment 2016-2017 starts May 9

The 2016-2017 Health Care Open Enrollment period for state employees begins Monday, May 9, 2016 and ends Friday, June 3, 2016

Coverage selected during the open enrollment period will be effective July 1, 2016 through to June 30, 2017. The annual open enrollment period is the only time employees may change medical and/or dental plans or the dependents they cover without a qualifying status change. It is also the time when employees can change their Health Enhancement Program (HEP) election.
