  • 4/21 Business Plan Financials that Attract Investors

The Technology Incubation Program (TIP) would like to invite you to a networking and learning event for current and potential CEOs of tech start-ups, researchers and others in our innovation community.

The financial section of your business plan is as important as the business idea itself. It is a combination of art and science to predict where your finances might be in the future, but do your numbers look like you just "pulled them out of thin air"?  Hear from someone who's seen hundreds of good ones and some bad ones, and learn how to set up "investor-ready" financial projections for your company!

Presented by Ed Goodwin, President, CT Angel Investor Forum

    Date: Thursday, April 21st, 2016

    Time: 2:00 – 3:15 pm

    Networking: 3:15 – 4:30 p.m.

Place:    Grossman Auditorium, UConn Health Center Cell & Genome Sciences Building,

400 Farmington Avenue, Farmington, CT 06032

After the presentation, you are invited to join us for networking and refreshments at our state-of-the art technology business incubator and to tour our new labs and offices.

This event is free thanks to the kind support of event sponsors, CT Natural Gas and Connecticut Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation (CCEI).

TIP is a program of the Office of the Vice President for Research, Technology Commercialization Services.
