The Equipment Tagging and Physical Inventory Policy sets forth requirements and responsibilities for the record keeping and tracking of University equipment. For the purposes of this policy equipment is defined as tangible, non-expendable, personal property having an anticipated life of one year or more with an acquisition cost of $5,000 or greater.
