    The University of Connecticut recognizes and supports the need for faculty, staff, and students to travel for conferences, events and other purposes that further the reputation of the University and enhance the productivity of the University community.

    When travel is required to conduct University business, it is important for the traveler, along with departmental staff responsible for processing and/or approving travel, to understand and adhere to the University of Connecticut’s Travel and Entertainment Policy and Procedure Manual.
