The UConn Department of Music presents “Themes Through Time: Classical to Contemporary.” This choral concert will feature student performers and a variety of material. The performances will include renditions of songs both recent and historic. It will feature the music of classical composers such as Mozart, Brahms, and Donaudy, as well as popular artists, such as Christina Perri, The Righteous Brothers, and the Weeknd. Von der Mehden Recital Hall is located at 875 Coventry Rd., across from Mirror Lake. Admission is free. There is free and well-lit parking available across the street.
