The UConn Co-op in Storrs (next to Gampel Pavilion) will have the following store hours the week of Thanksgiving:
Monday - Wednesday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday & Friday - Closed
Saturday - 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday - 12:00 Noon - 6:00 p.m.
The UConn Co-op Bookstore at Storrs Center will be open the following during Thanksgiving week:
Monday & Tuesday - 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Wednesday - 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Thursday - Closed
Friday, Saturday & Sunday - 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
The professional and regional campus stores outside of Storrs will have abbreviated hours Monday - Wednesday the week of Thanksgiving. Please check your local Co-op for their hours. All professional and regional campus stores will be closed Thursday - Sunday.
A number of companies have decided to be closed on Black Friday and are encouraging their customers and staff to enjoy something rather than participate in shopping. We are doing the same with our staff and customers (due to contractual obligations the UConn Co-op Bookstore at Storrs Center will remain open) and would like to encourage you to tweet (@UConnCoop) us your selfies #UConnCoop with you reading a book, reading a book to a child or whatever you decide to do with your time.
