Now is a great time to schedule all your preventive health visits and screenings required through the state Health Enhancement Program (HEP). The deadline to complete all your visits and screenings is December 31.
UConn Health can schedule HEP appointments for all state employees and their dependents (if applicable). Appointments are available Monday through Saturday at UConn Health locations throughout the state including Canton, Farmington, Putnam, Plainville, Simsbury, Southington, Storrs, and West Hartford.
