In preparation for this year’s flu season, the State of Connecticut has contracted with Western Connecticut Home Care to administer on-site flu vaccination clinics for state employees.
The Flu Vaccination Clinic at UCONN Storrs will be held today
Thursday, October 8th
9:00 am – 2:00 pm

State employees must bring their medical ID card to the clinic for insurance billing. State employees who have other coverage and are not enrolled in the State of Connecticut employee health plan are eligible to get a flu shot at the on-site clinic by presenting their medical insurance card. Western Connecticut Home Care is authorized to bill the member’s coverage directly.
Please note there will be Flu Clinics held throughout the State. Care Management Solutions will have HEP clinics on the same day as the Flu Clinics at some locations. For a complete list of Flu Clinic locations throughout the State, please go to 2015 Flu HEP Clinics
