Rick Bohadik of Colonial Life will be visiting the
UCONN Storrs Campus
on Wednesday, August 26, 2015
with hourly presentations from 9:00AM – 3:00PM
in the Student Union - Room 106A
Rick Bohadik, the benefits counselor, will introduce voluntary short term disability insurance which provides a monthly benefit to replace a portion of your income if you are unable to work due to a covered illness or injury. Coverage is guaranteed renewable to age 70.
Optional health screen rider: Provides a benefit for 18 screening tests.
Portability: Should you leave the State’s employment, you may retain the coverage without a change in premium or benefit.
Variety: Many benefit choices to suit your needs.
Guaranteed issue: Offered with guaranteed issue underwriting, which means no health questions.
Premiums: Are paid through payroll deduction.
This is also an opportunity for existing policyholders to review coverage with Rick, especially if you have not reviewed your coverage in the past two years.
Please bring a copy of your paystub.
