The Office of the Vice President for Research (OVPR) is pleased to provide you with the OVPR Quarterly Summary of Sponsored Program Services Activity, as well as the NEW Quarterly List of Sponsored Program Services Awards, both for the third quarter of FY15. These reports include data regarding Proposals, Awards and Expenditures for both research and non-research sponsored projects at Storrs and UConn Health. As was the case in the FY15 second quarter Summary, the data regarding increases in research activity is encouraging. For instance, in the first three quarters alone, award funding at Storrs has increased 16%, which translates to approximately $17M in additional award funding. Also of note: while proposals from UConn Health account for around 25% of total proposals, they constitute 45% of total funding requested.
