    One Plate, Two Plates offers a wide variety of healthy choice, all natural (no preservatives) menu items, many featuring local foods: breads, rolls and desserts made fresh daily at UConn's own Not Just Desserts Bakery; seasonal fresh vegetables from UConn Spring Valley Student Farm as well as local cheeses, apple cider, beef burgers, black bean burgers and more.
