  • 3/24 Scholars Day Ceremony

    The following information is sent on behalf of the Office of the Provost. 

    Faculty and staff are invited to attend the 22nd Annual Scholars Day Ceremony on Tuesday, March 24, 2015. Scholars Day recognizes the academic accomplishments of high-achieving undergraduate students. Two groups of students are honored at this event. Babbidge Scholars earned a semester grade point average of 4.0 for both the spring and fall semesters of the 2014 calendar year. New England Scholars earned a semester grade point average of at least 3.7 for the spring and fall semesters of the 2014 calendar year.

    The event will be held at the Jorgensen Center for the Performing Arts. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. Del Siegle, Professor, Gifted & Talented Education; Head, Educational Psychology Department; Director, National Center for Research on Gifted Education will be this year’s keynote speaker.
