UConn Blooms has the most beautiful Poinsettias in five different colors grown right here on the Storrs campus. These lush plants have been carefully grown and watched over by our students and staff for the past three months. Our two plants in an 8" pot poinsettias are $17.50 each with quantity discounts available. We're very proud of the plants we've grown!! Decorate your office, your home or give as a gift to your co-workers, friends or relatives.
Check out our website (www.uconnblooms@uconn.edu) to not only look at the different color poinsettia, but we also have a number of holiday centerpieces and arrangemnets for the table or reception desk. Long and low centerpieces with candles, different pines, holly, boxwood and an assortment of red and white flowers can all be made to order. A party or banquet wouldn't be the same without some colorful flowers to lend a holiday spirit to the festivities!
UConnBlooms is located in the Floriculture Building on Route 195 (1395 Storrs Road) across from the yellow barn. Parking is available alongside our greenhouses in the driveway. We are open from 10:30 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. We deliver on campus only. Call us at 860-486-6000 to order early. We will be open till December 23rd for those last minutes pickups.
