Additional UConn Information

  • CSD - Final Exams

Faculty are encouraged to speak with students enrolled in their courses that are registered with the Center for Students with Disabilities (CSD) and are approved for exam accommodations regarding final exams as soon as possible.  Professors who cannot provide the testing accommodation(s) for which a student(s) is approved by the CSD, should collaborate with their student(s) to complete a CSD Exam Administration Form. An Exam Administration Form must be completed for each exam by each student and submitted to the CSD office no later than three business days before the exam. However, the CSD strongly encourages students to submit their completed Exam Administration Forms as soon as possible.
