  • Important REDCap Information

    REDCap Maintenance: Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, this month’s REDCap maintenance is scheduled for Tuesday, November 26, from 4 to 7 p.m. During this time, ONLY the Development system will be unavailable so that the REDCap DEV server components can be upgraded. This extended downtime is necessary to accommodate the more complex process required for these important upgrades. The Production system will NOT be affected.

    REDCap Support: We are unable to provide support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. REDCap support is ONLY available during normal business hours/days Monday through Friday. Please note, U.S. holidays will also impact our availability. With that being said, there will be no REDCap support Nov. 28-29 - as such during this time we will be unable to approve project changes, move projects to production, manage account access, or respond to email inquiries.
