    Chuck & Augie's is offering a bevy of local ingredients in this week's menu specials: corn, sweet potatoes, tomatillo, tomatoes, scallions, parsley, mustard greens, red onions, chives, bell peppers and poblano peppers. Plus chorizo sausage, pork shoulder and apple cider. Some of the tasty menu items are Roasted Poblano, Corn & Sweet Potato Chowder; Sofrito Pork Tacos, and Bayou Shrimp & Rice.
