Maintaining and Building Health in Graduate School – Staying IN SHAPE Through Nutrition and Exercise

    Event Date: October 8, 2014

    Time: 2-4pm

Location: Grad Whetten Bldg, Room 200

Open to all graduate students and postdoctoral scholars

Do you find it hard to stay IN SHAPE while in graduate school? Should you take vitamins? How do you eat to prevent heart disease? Come to this interactive event to learn research-based tips on simple diet and exercise interventions that you can incorporate in your daily life to maintain and build health while in graduate school. The acronym, IN SHAPE©, developed by Dr Alexander, will be used to ease recall of the steps to eating and exercising to maintain health.
