  • Transportation Changes

    PURPLE and SILVER LINES: Beginning August 25th, the first day of classes, the Lower F Lot stop for Purple and Silver Lines will be in front of the Dunkin Donuts/Wally's/Baja Cafe plaza outbound to Northwood and next to the Subway plaza inbound to campus.  Both stops will be called "Visitor's Center" stops, inbound and outbound.  The outbound stop used to be in front of a random telephone pole at the bottom of the F Lot road.Yellow and Green Lines will still stop at the bus shelters in F Lot.

    WEEKEND DINING HALL SHUTTLES: We will no longer operate the Weekend Dining Hall Shuttles to/from Northwood and Mansfield Apartments. Saturdays - The regularly scheduled Weekend Campus Shuttle runs from 11:00am - 6:00pm; Sundays: Noon - 6:00pm please call 860-486-0191 for an "On-Demand" service to/from dining halls. This service will only take you to/from open dining halls and only to/from Mansfield or Northwood Apartments. Sundays: The Weekend Campus Shuttle operates from 6:00pm - Midnight

    HUSKY SAFE RIDES: Husky Safe Rides is available every night from 6:00pm - 2:00am (3:00am Thursday - Saturday) but will not service shuttle bus stops while shuttle buses are running. Husky Safe Rides is designed to service ON-campus residence halls and academic buildings, including the Library.

    We will no longer take passengers to/from retail establishments, including restaurants. If you need taxi service to these places, please call Ace Taxi at 860-244-9999. If we take you to an OFF-campus residence, we will not return the same night to get you. Nor will we take you from one off-campus destination to another off-campus destination.

    We will only pick you up and drop you off at the destinations you give the Dispatcher when you call.  Please call before 11:00pm as our schedule fills up by 11:00pm, daily. For reservations, please call 860-486-4809 between the hours of 6:00pm and 11:00pm to ensure a ride.
