    From the UConn School of Business, Dr. Sami Ghaddar will connect concepts learned in the Management Strategy and Decision-Making course (MENT 4900) to a multi-case analysis of Taylor Swift's career. Club Swift's second pillar is business, which aims to explore the exceptional marketing strategy Dr. Swift has utilized to achieve success in the music industry. This event focuses on educating students on how to apply a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis to decision-making within their career and professional development journey.
