W (Writing-Intensive) Teaching Orientation – In-person only

Join us for an overview of university-wide expectations for W courses and a discussion of pragmatic strategies for making writing-intensive courses across the disciplines more engaging, effective, and inclusive. This orientation is required for all graduate students teaching or assisting with W courses or labs for the first time. All faculty and staff teaching W courses (or any course that involves writing) are invited to register.
