Come to a virtual Information Session to learn about Early Childhood Specializations in Human Development & Family Sciences!

Have you ever heard the saying, "choose a job you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life"?  Working with young children is one of the most rewarding and enjoyable careers anyone could choose.  Human Development & Family Sciences offers specialized coursework for students (majors or minors) who want to work with young children and their families.  Many career paths intersect with young children and having a foundational knowledge of young children's development can help you be more successful in the work you do.  As part of this coursework, students have 3-4 semesters of practicum experiences working directly with young children in an early childhood classroom.

If you have questions about career options or want to learn more about this specialized coursework within HDFS, come to a virtual information session this Fall!
