Mark your calendars and join NACP and LandGrabCT today, Indigenous Peoples Day, from 6:00-7:30pm for a dialogue discussion on UConn's history as a land-grant institution in Student Union room 103.
This event will offer an introduction to UConn's path to becoming a land grant institution through the Morrill Act of 1862, and then move into a discussion on how to use the LandGrabCT project's research findings as a tool for advancing advocacy efforts, increasing representation, and finding community through advocacy.
