  • Last Farm Fresh Market is Oct 7th

    Friday, October 7th will be the last Farm Fresh Market from 11:30am-1:30pm on Fairfield Way. Fresh veggies from Spring Valley Student Farm and baked goods and breads from UConn Bakery. Thank you to everyone that has stopped by and purchased items over the last 4 months. Purchases are debit/credit only.

    If you would like to get involved with the farm, Farm Fridays in the fall are open to everyone. Each Friday, through October, volunteers are welcome to come to the farm from 4-6pm and help out. No previous experience is necessary! Spring Valley provides the tools, techniques, and opportunity to explore the fascinating world of healthy local food production.
