October Sundae: Autumn Crunch - The October sundae was created by UConn employee Michelle Everard (Office of the Provost) as part of UConn Faculty/Staff Appreciation Week!! Congrats Michelle! Autumn Crunch is black raspberry ice cream w/caramel drizzle & choc. covered pretzels. Being sold only as a child size sundae for $5 through October.
October Milkshake: Pumpkin Caramel Latte - Pumpkin ice cream and coffee ice cream mixed up with pumpkin syrup, espresso candies and topped with whipped cream, fall sprinkles, and caramel drizzle.
Caramel Apple Float: Apple cider with cinnamon caramel swirl ice cream topped with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Reminder: Due to upcoming required building maintenance, there will be a disruption to ice cream production from October to December. The Dairy Bar will remain open Wednesdays-Sundays, however there may be shortages of standard menu items.
